STARTING POINT.

Karl had been doing some dieting on his own before coming to me. He was eager to build momentum within his coaching business, but knew he’d have to actively pursuing a bigger goal for himself, in order to lead from the front and inspire his current and future clients.

There was one thing for it - photoshoot prep.

“This was something that I had never done before and I wanted the accountability.”

Having never done a photoshoot before, he understood that additional support and guidance would pay off in the end result. But not only that, he wanted to leave the process with the ability to provide his clients with the same quality of results.

I had the pleasure of teaching Karl within the CCA education programme, so he knew he could trust me to take him through this journey in both an effective and educational way.

As Karl was in a fairly lean position to start with, there was no ‘priming’ needed. We opted to start straight into prep and not waste any time!

12 WEEKS LATER…

It only took 12 weeks to have Karl looking like a professional fitness model!

He took to the diet smoothly, applied himself to the given targets and didn’t lean on any excuses - even though he had many available to him.

“It’s so easy to veer off track, miss a training day or have the odd off diet snack but when you know someone is holding you accountable for your actions it’s a really good motivator.”

You might look at the timeline and think it was easy for him, but that’s far from true. You see, Karl works night shifts AND day shifts, so a routine is hard to come by. He also had limited training equipment as he was training at his home studio.

Did we let that slow us down? Absolutely not!

“Jack is such a knowledgeable coach, he explains things in depth but with clarity so you always know what you’re doing and the reason for doing it. It’s been great to see how someone with more experience coaches and it’s been a great learning experience.”

Karl did a fantastic job of making every day count, and his impressive mindset allowed us to make substantial progress in a very short time. These physical transformations are an outcome of the right programme, support and client mindset.
